Hi, my name is George. I have one son and three step daughters. They are my world. My son loves motor cross and riding his four wheeler. One of my step daughters loves to read and the other two like to dress up being the prettiest girls around. They all keep me on my toes and give me life lessons everyday. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday AM, the beginning of the Memorial Day holiday. I called three garage door companies. Precision was the only one that a real person answered the phone. Even though they are located 50 miles away, they had a technician at my house by 2:00 PM and repaired the door within one hour. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their service.

My chain to my garage door broke this morning.I went online and sent requests to 2 garage door and opener companies for a service call and estimate.George called within an hour and made an appointment for 4-6pm.He called at 4pm to let me know he would be here within 30 minutes.He told me the problem and offered 3 different options and explained what each one offered.He was very patient while I made my choice.After completing the job,he assisted me with coding the keypad and explaining everything covered with the warranty.I was very pleased with George's patience and professionalism.
