Your technician, Jon Ferreira, has probably forgotten more than most garage door experts know! He carefully evaluated the multiple problems we were having with our door, explained and demonstrated the areas he had of concern, and then proceeded to correct the problems. John did such a great job installing a new garage door opener for us. Timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Took time to help me program everything, walked me through the app install, and made sure I knew how everything worked before leaving. Would definitely recommend and do business with Precision Garage Doors in the future.
