The technicians did a great job!! First inspected the door - all the moving parts, then went through exactly what needed to be done. The two men worked about two hours and installed bed springs and rigging. Even helped be program another remote. Thank you very much - great to see skilled resources!!!

We were incredibly pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door of Savannah. Everything was easy and well-coordinated, from scheduling the appointment to receiving appointment reminders and being notified of our technician's pending arrival. Our technician was held up at a job scheduled before us, but this was immediately communicated to us by the office and a time adjustment was made for our service. The technician (Jesse) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. He listened very well and then went to work, fixing our somewhat complicated issue on the first visit). We hope to NOT have additional garage door issues, but if we do, we definitely will be utilizing Precision again!

Service was timely and the technician was excellent However, the company, not the home owner should be responsible for the $30 entry fee the community charges to come in and do work. The company is in Sun City often enough that it could buy a sticker each year allowing them entry. The current fee costs the homeowner 30% more than the charges to perform the work

If I could have sent a 0 star I would have done so, our garage door was installed December 9 without the inserts for the windows. Now we are being told it might be after the first of the year before they arrive and I feel like an idiot for paying the entire amount before the job was complete. The installer suggested not to have the decorative pieces installed because in the matter of 6 months they will discolor and rust and another person with you company can't really pinpoint when we can expect to get the inserts because the vendor that you use is not reliable and you are looking for a different vendor that doesn't instill much faith I have in your company. Hopefully we at sometime get the inserts installed because without them our garage door looks like crap and I wish we had our old one back. My wife is biting at the bit to post her dissatisfaction all over social media.

Brad was fantastic!! He explained the spring system that I had and why Wayne Dalton did away with it. We were fortunate to get nearly three times the normal life of the old spring design. He explained everything. He came back the following day to replace the outside rubber trim and it looks great. Thank you for such great service.

Needed fast service since garage door 400 lbs would not open . Brad was great and retro fitted existing springs and pulleys . Thr builder garage device had spring inside unit that broke with no way to replace. Great job on short notice

Brad Blankenship was the technician that came to my rescue today. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. All that he said was what I had been experiencing. Brad further explained what my options were and why. About an hour later, I had a garage door that was all fixed. He then took time to explain how things worked if I lost power, how to raise and lower the door manually if need be and what regular maintenance to do to keep the door working properly. Thank you Brad!!

The torsion springs on our garage door broke preventing the door from opening. I called Precision this morning and had Bryan here within 2 hours of my call. He gave me a reasonable quote, had the parts to completely replace the torsion springs with all new assembly right in his truck. We agreed to the cost and Bryan got to work removing the old and installing new hardware, wheels, torsion spring assembly, adjusted the opener motor and lubed all the moving parts in under two hours! Bryan is very nice to work with, knowledgeable and talented. With a 5 year warranty and reasonable price, I’m so delighted we went with Precision! Bravo!

I think you over charged me for the reprograming my new less than one year old opener, I was charged $179.00 for the tec to push the learn button twice. I did not mind paying the labor charge and the tec was very pleasant but I will not recomend you again based on that charge, if I am in error please respond and explain

The cable on one of our garage doors broke yesterday and Precision came on time for the repair today. After looking at all 3 of our garage doors, Brad provided multiple options for repair. The options were very fair and reasonably priced. We opted for the replacement of cables, hinges and springs on 2 doors. The doors now function as they did when new 5 years ago. It was a pleasure dealing with the Precision team.

So it’s 2:30pn on a Saturday and the garage door decides to pop its springs. Faced with having to wait until Monday to get the door repaired we called Precision Door. Brandon arrived within the hour and after thoroughly taking us thru our doors problems he fixed it. We couldn’t be more pleased. If you have a garage door issue, don’t hesitate call Precision Door.
