We recently had some issues with our garage doors & seeing it was beyond our ability to deal with said issues we called Precision. From the start of the request to the completion of the repairs we were completely satisfied with the service we received. The technician, Brian, was in communication with us & showed up the next day.....earlier than originally scheduled. He explained the issues & went about fixing them quickly. Pointed our some minor issues that will need to be addressed in the future. And when that time comes we will definitely reach out to Precision.

New to the Bluffton are and needing to have our 20+ year old garage doors checked, I did what many people do today, I went to the web to look for companies who could do the job. I'm a deep research kind of homeowner and after looking at a lot of options I settled on Precision Garage Door Service. The decision was mostly due to the number of positive testimonials on their service and their responsiveness to my outreach. I wasn't disappointed! Brian arrived within the allotted window, performed a thorough inspection of the two doors, and made recommendations on the service required to bring the doors into top reliable condition. Having personally performed maintenance on a number of garage doors in my lifetime (automatic door openers and springs), I could easily understand and agree with Brian's recommendations. He was efficient and thorough in performing all tasks (Springs, rollers, and cable spool assemblies). Precision is possibly not the least expensive option, but in today's world responsiveness, quality of work, and follow through are distinguishing factors in my mind. Precision and Brian delivered on all three.

Technician came out on time as scheduled. Was extremely polite and understanding my issue. When he noticed my overhead motor was blinking red, he said all it needed is to be reset. So within 3 minutes of pressing and holding different buttons it was fixed. I told him it was over 7 years old and asked him if I should just replace the entire unit? He said it wasn’t necessary at this time because the motor appeared to be in good shape. Well, 2 months ago the motor started acting up again, only closing half way. Eventually it started blinking red again. Now I’m going to buy a new motor. Paying for multiple service calls to keep resetting, costs more than just buying a new one. Thank you.

Mike came out and gave us a bid to replace our existing garage door that was a lot lower than expected. Clayton was our installer and we can’t say enough good things about him. Arrived early and greeted us completely professionally. Worked the entire time without stopping and finished two hours ahead of schedule. The install is flawless. From start to finish this has been the best experience we have had in years. All the way from the first call to Precision. This company is a class act!!
