Our service provider was Jack M from the ATL area. He was prompt, extremely professional and personable. Work completed was quick and efficient. The only (slight) negative was the cost; probably could have found a less expensive alternative but no quality of work guarantee with others

John showed up ahead of time. Thoroughly explained what was happening. Gave us options to repair. was professional, Knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. he completed the work efficiently and explained what he had done. He even pointed out an error the original installer did. Bravo!!!!

We needed a new garage door opener after Hurricane Helene. We have installed Liftmaster belt-drive openers at other houses we’ve owned around the country. Our garage door opener did not work properly after we lost power from Hurricane Helene. We had done business with Precision in previous years and were always happy with their service. Chris arrived on time and ready to work. He provided us with several options and was able to access the previous repairs we had done on his tablet. We opted to have a new garage door opener installed, which he completed in a short time. He was very patient in explaining how to program the openers and made sure all were working before he left. Thank you for the Veteran's Discount and the great service!

Technician showed up on time, was very courteous & knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the problem was & what needed to be done. The part I like best was that he had all the parts in his truck and was able to complete the repair same day. Now the door is so much quieter with the new items , the motor and other tension spring. Chris called and asked if he could come early because his other job was out in Pooler and he was already near my house. I greatly appreciated this, so many don't think critical these days, it made more sense for him and I was happy to get the job done sooner rather than later. Chris was very nice, professional, knowledgable and willing to offer a little advice as well. He finished the job quickly and seems to be much better. Thank you Chris and Precision Doors.

Brad was fantastic!! He explained the spring system that I had and why Wayne Dalton did away with it. We were fortunate to get nearly three times the normal life of the old spring design.
