This job is not completed they were supposed to be here on Thursday did not show we called and they said the technician would call us no call; we called back and they said they would call back no call. We called Friday morning they said they would call so far no call!!

Repair was performed efficiently and well. However, the price was ridiculous. I just checked prices for the individual parts and see that the labor charge was about $1000, for perhaps two hours work.

On time efficient service, Jesse Jones really knows what he is doing. I decided on a complete upgrade to eliminate any possible future issues, it's only been a few hours since the work was completed and as of now it seems like a really quality job was done. I requested an appointment on line after my old Craftsman unit shorted out. Josh showed up on time told him I was looking for a complete opener replacement he explained every unit very clearly and I picked the LiftMaster belt driven unit because bright light, WiFi and battery backup was important to me. Josh went straight to work and incredibly within an hour he had the new unit installed. He walked me through everything I needed to know with the operation, the app and he programmed my car. If you need your garage door opener serviced or replaced call Precision and ask for Josh and you won’t be disappointed.

Our garage door broke while it was closing. The door was half way down and it was off the track. I called Precision and they were able to come out that day and repair the door.
