They just installed my 3rd Precision garage door. Previous two doors have been in for about three years and have been excellent. No issues at all, so when I needed a door for a new garage they were who I called. Technician showed up exactly when they said he would and his installation went swiftly and works well. Jaren the installer was a very nice young man and installation and cleanup were extremely well done! Top rate experience!

I had used Precision previously to fix a broken garage door opener so when it came time to replace another 25 yr old one, I went straight back to them because I knew exactly how skilled and professional they are. The installer was extremely polite, kind and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted and executed the job with skill and professionalism.

If I could have sent a 0 star I would have done so, our garage door was installed December 9 without the inserts for the windows. Now we are being told it might be after the first of the year before they arrive and I feel like an idiot for paying the entire amount before the job was complete. The installer suggested not to have the decorative pieces installed because in the matter of 6 months they will discolor and rust and another person with you company can't really pinpoint when we can expect to get the inserts because the vendor that you use is not reliable and you are looking for a different vendor that doesn't instill much faith I have in your company. Hopefully we at sometime get the inserts installed because without them our garage door looks like crap and I wish we had our old one back. My wife is biting at the bit to post her dissatisfaction all over social media.

When our garage door broke, Precision Door sent someone right away. He evaluated the problem and let us know we could do a repair, that we didn’t need a whole new door. When the part came in (a panel on the door), we were advised it was scratched. Although the company ordered a new panel, Brad installed and repaired so we could have a door we could use. The new part (panel) came in sooner than expected and was installed right away. Service beyond expectations! We are so happy with the communication from the office as well as from Brad.

Called for service at 8:24am and was given same day appointment for the noon to 4pm time frame. Technician (Brian) arrived at 12:15, examined our door, made recommendations with explanation and gave us prices for each option. He replaced springs and rollers and realigned the tracks. Work was complete by 1:30pm. Brian was very polite and professional. Recommend this company and technician to anyone needing door service or replacement. RD

I was impressed by John's professionalism, his honest assessment, and his knowledge in addressing my concerns. We discussed future repairs since there were no repairs needed at this time. I was impressed with the prompt response--I was told that my scheduled appointment would be between 10 & 12, and John came at 10:25. I was also impressed with Kaitlin who scheduled my appointment.

The associate was very polite. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival at the house. Provided an estimate and recommendation prior to working and fixed it he issue in minimal amount of time. I have never heard a garage door be so quiet. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I was impressed with Brian the technician. He was great. He did superb work, gave great instructions and cleaned up very good; give him a bonus. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service. They were responsive and I had same day service. I would use them again. My only point is the labor built into the cost of the Genie 3120 and springs was a bit high, thanks Joe Biden. Go Gamecocks.

Techs John and Robert were terrific. They did excellent work, were very helpful and polite! PLEASE NOTE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPT WAS NOT AS EFFICIENT . THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THEY WERE NOT CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD THE FULL AMOUNT YOU SAID WAS REQUIRED FOR WORK TO BE DONE. CONSEQUENTLY, WHEN WORK WAS COMPLETED, I WAS TOLD I OWED MORE,WHICH WAS CONFUSING, SINCE I HAD AUTHORIZED BY PHONE PAYMENT IN FULL SEVERAL DAYS PREVIOUS. SINCE I WAS NOT INFORMED WHAT THEY DID, IT WAS AN UNPLEASANT FINISH.

Jesse was the technician who repaired the cables and wall panel for my garage door. They had been overwhelmingly busy with repairs due to Hurricane Helene, although mine was not. He was communicative regarding arrival time and estimated time of repairs and took the time to explain everything that was being done. I would 100% hire him again for any needed repairs.

Sean Tao from Precision Garage Door was just here doing a maintenance check on our garage doors. We were having an issue with just one of the three. He quickly determined the issue and completed the repair. Then he assessed all three and taught me the maintenance process for the doors going forward. A great job. I have used Precision over the years for new system installation and repair. My most recent experience was consistent with my past engagements. The company responded promptly, arrived on time and the technician was courteous, professional and efficient. All issues for the repair were explained,options presented and the costs were detailed prior to commencing. There is not much more I could expect from a contractor and Precision will always be my go to company for gart door service.
