I asked for a garage door quote, you were $2000 higher than Hilton Head garage ......They wanted $2550 for door, and $1350 for hinges and handles, hurricane rating, and glass. So they are $3900 plus tax.....you were at $6200, then found a cheaper door at $4400. I have new springs and motor.

They came the next morning and were very helpful with scheduling when it was convenient for me. Ashley in the office was great, and since they originally installed the garage door, they had all the info on it. Cleveland called 10mins prior to arrival as planned, was very pleasant and courteous. He was also very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was given three options for service including the broken torsion spring and it included a warranty. Neighbors had told me how unhappy they were with a local repair guy. Maybe this cost a few dollars more, but I felt that Cleveland went above and beyond with his maintenance of the whole door and opener, so it was worth it.

After multiple conversations with the business that apparently installed my two door openers when the house was built (they'd call back and say someone would contact me for scheduling)...I called Precision, and within hours, they arrived at my home and fixed my issue. The friendly service technician gave me new stickers to place on both door openers so the new homeowner won't have to suffer with the horrible business with contact info previously stuck on the openers and can now go straight to the Precision professionals. Thank you!

So it’s 2:30pn on a Saturday and the garage door decides to pop its springs. Faced with having to wait until Monday to get the door repaired we called Precision Door. Brandon arrived within the hour and after thoroughly taking us thru our doors problems he fixed it. We couldn’t be more pleased. If you have a garage door issue, don’t hesitate call Precision Door.

Advertised same day service which was spot on. I called about 10:30am and they came at 1:00pm. Did a fairly significant repair on my door and it was finished by 2:00pm. Brian my technician was friendly, knowledgeable about the work needed. All in all Brian made it a great experience. He deserves a raise!

We read the reviews and they were absolutely correct. I called and scheduled an appointment today and the person that answered the phone said that the tech would call me when on the way. Cleveland called and arrived within twenty minutes. He very courteous as well as knowledgeable. Provided us with quotes and completed the job in approximately 1 1/2 hours. He was fantastic and very timely!!! Definitely recommend this company.
