Hi, my name is George. I have one son and three step daughters. They are my world. My son loves motor cross and riding his four wheeler. One of my step daughters loves to read and the other two like to dress up being the prettiest girls around. They all keep me on my toes and give me life lessons everyday. After Hurricane Irma, I opened the garage door manually as the power was out. The cable on one side came loose and the door was crooked in the track and would not properly close or open. I called on Tue afternoon and the service tech was there the Wed evening. He quickly assessed and fixed my problem. About 6 months prior, the coil installed on the garage when the house was built (2008) broke and the door was stuck shut. The service tech recommended changing the coil on both doors since when on goes the other usually follows. The cable from the earlier repair was under warranty and there was no charge for the service call following the hurricane. Precision was very responsive on both repairs.

Wow talk about service! My garage doors have not worked in more than a year. I called Precision on a Tuesday and they were able to send someone out to look at the doors on Wednesday. Not only were they timely but they were able to fix both my doors that day! Thank you Precision!

The service was very good. My only slightly negative comment would be that what I thought would be a fsirly simple spring replacement turned into a much larger project. I am not questioning the need for a complete service but somehow we should been more prepared for what was presented. George did a great job and obviously knows what he is doing. Just some suggestions.

The tech (George) arrived at the early part of my 4 hour window. He accessed the situation (broken door spring) and gave me two spring options. He also gave me options on making my door operate quieter. George and his assistant were very professional and had the whole job completed in just over an hour. My door runs quieter and smoother now than the day it was installed by another company 5 years ago.

Getting someone to your house to repair something on a Saturday is not easy, but getting someone to your house on Saturday for "Regular Price" is PRICELESS.
