Can’t say enough about Mike at Precision! He was prompt, courteous, professional and just a great guy! I called late afternoon on a Monday, and he showed up Tuesday at 9:30! I had been having problems with my door for some time, and i think I was on “borrowed time”.. He Explained everything in detail, the components, what he would be doing, etc. I was so impressed with him! Thank you again for your prompt response and for having such a great employee in Mike!! The entire process to providing our repair needs was great. From the late evening call to make an appointment to Roy presenting us with options on site and then having all the parts (springs, rollers, cables, drums, torsion bar) needed to complete the repair in one visit was impressive - we were all fixed in 36 hours - excellent turnaround in this day and age. Roy was extremely personable, courteous, neat, and efficient with the repair. I would heartily recommend Precision.
