We have a custom fit garage door, which has taken a few adjustments to get just right. This can be a frustrating process, but Jesse has really gone above and beyond to make our purchase a good experience. His professionalism, knowledge and demeanor gives us peace of mind that our decision to buy from Precision was a good one. I really appreciate not only his expertise, but the kindness and patience he takes to explain the issue. This is the experience every customer wants. Mr Gonzales called before coming and arrived at a reasonable time. He worked steadily and quickly as I could have expected and cleaned up after. The door was installed properly and to my satisfaction. Good job. I was a little surprised when he arrived alone, given the size of the door, but he shrugged that off and got on with the job. Staff I dealt with on phone and man who provided the quote were also professional and easy to work with. Overall a good experience.

Jesse was the technician who repaired the cables and wall panel for my garage door. They had been overwhelmingly busy with repairs due to Hurricane Helene, although mine was not. He was communicative regarding arrival time and estimated time of repairs and took the time to explain everything that was being done. I would 100% hire him again for any needed repairs.

We have used Precision Garage Door services twice now. Both times the technicians were professional and were able to resolve our problem on the first visit. Chris was the technician today. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing our issue. He was also very patient about answering our questions and showing us the new features of our opener.

We needed a new garage door opener after Hurricane Helene. We have installed Liftmaster belt-drive openers at other houses we’ve owned around the country. We liked that we could schedule our appointment online and that the appointment was confirmed. We were pleased that Precision Door had excellent reviews lately. Technician showed up on time, was very courteous & knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the problem was & what needed to be done. The part I like best was that he had all the parts in his truck and was able to complete the repair same day. Now the door is so much quieter with the new items , the motor and other tension spring. Chris called and asked if he could come early because his other job was out in Pooler and he was already near my house. I greatly appreciated this, so many don't think critical these days, it made more sense for him and I was happy to get the job done sooner rather than later. Precision Garage Door Service is a great company to work with. After a spring broke last winter, they came out and replaced the mechanisms. A few days ago, the cable to the one side of the door popped off and caused the door to go crooked. It wouldn't close all the way. The customer service rep on the phone was pleasant and the technician showed up early in the morning to identify the issue. He was courteous and explained everything to me. Since the problem was tension on one of the springs, he replaced it for no charge since it was still under warranty. The door is working very smoothly now. The work was completed very quickly. I will continue to work with this company if any other issues arise with my garage door.

We had a new garage door installed in Jan of this year. We have had a problem with the door shutting properly and I called today to see if I could make an appointment for someone to come check it out. They sent Chris out within a few hours! He immediately found the problem ( which was a loose bolt) and fixed it! He also sprayed the hinges for us. He was very nice and informative. Thank you all!
