We had a young man from your company come and fix our garage door. My husband has forgotten his name but we were so impressed with him we wanted to make sure the company knew what a gem you have in him. He spoke very highly of the company and walked my husband through what he was doing and how important it was. We thank for his time, knowledge, and generosity toward us in such a timely manner. Excellent service!!! I was able to make an appointment at the end of a business day for a technician to come out to my residence the very next morning...all while using their websites’ chat services! I was talking with a real person through the online chat and not a bot like a lot of companies have with their online chat feature. The technician called on his way over the my residence, he assessed the repair, was able to give me a fair estimate and took time to explain every detail to my husband and I regarding what needed to be fixed, how long the parts and the repair will last, he also spoke about the company’s warranty on their work and parts and really broke down all the details for us. Very professional, very educated with his job and very nice!!! The job was done quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the service! I would absolutely recommend this company and our technician Brad!!!

I called on Thursday afternoon, and we set an appointment for Friday between 8:00AM and noon. The tech called at 8:00, was at my house by 8:30 and had everything he needed (including two different choices of the parts required) in the truck with him. He was friendly and professional, and was finished with the work by 9:30. The repair was expensive, but I expected it to be, and I did choose the higher quality parts with the longer duty cycle because that is always better in the long run, and I appreciated having the choice. I could not be happier with the service Precision Garage Door provided, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
