With one simple on-line chat this morning I was able to tell you that my garage door wouldn’t open - within a few hours a wonderful serviceman came (even though it was Sunday) replaced the unit, serviced the door, replaced my garage key pad and car remotes - I am so pleased with your advice and service. I found the sales representative pleasant and informative which helped me in making my decision to purchase a new door versus repairing the old one. The couple that installed the door were equally pleasant and wasted no time in getting the old door out and the new one installed. Advertised same day service which was spot on. I called about 10:30am and they came at 1:00pm. Did a fairly significant repair on my door and it was finished by 2:00pm. Brian my technician was friendly, knowledgeable about the work needed. All in all Brian made it a great experience. He deserves a raise!
