Nick was an awesome installer. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He helped me get the MyQ app to link with my 2 new garage door openers. He removed all previous garage door openers and hardware. I had asked for pricing on new garage doors also and he helped me decide on which doors would closely match my existing doors. I would highly recommend Nick and Precision Garage Doors in Pooler.

A spring decided to break on a Friday, entering a holiday weekend. I thought getting someone to come out for the repair was going to be difficult. Nope, enter Nicholas ... prompt, courteous, knowledgeable... everything you could want in a repairman. He surveyed the situation, made recommendations and provided quotes. Jeff Drolshagen It is with great pride that I write this positive response concerning the work completed by Mr. Anthony Watts at my home. My overhead garage door system hadn't been touched in nearly a decade. Anthony inspected the system from, electrical to worn out rollers. After a review he went to work and brought the system back to a safe working system. I was most impressed by Anthony's can-do attitude, his knowledge and demonstrated experience. As a career military pilot, officer and leader, I would have enjoyed working with the likes of this fine young man. Anthony is the nexus between Precision Door Services and my loyalty to Precision.

I called Precision this morning and they had a technician out the same day! Mike was amazing! He was on time (actually he called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled) which was wonderful! The technician (Jonathan) showed up on time, was very professional and answered all my questions with accurate technical knowledge. His experience really shined by how he performed the repair and was able balance my garage door perfectly so even my with one hand in the eventually a power outage would occur. 5 stars service all around. The representative, Bryce Diesz, was informative, polite, answered all my questions with professionalism, I was very impressed. Our new home didn't come with a garage door motor. Thanks to Precision, we can finally park in our own garage! Our installer Brian did an excellent job, and changed the old springs out for an upgraded torsion system with a smooth and quiet motor in under a couple hours! I couldn't recommend them more!
