Man, this was excellent service. I am new to the area and not knowing people leads to some anxiety. But precision made it all easy. First they booked me and came right away. And y'all know how impt that is with a garage door issue. Second they sent a great technician, Brian who was knowledgeable, polite, took the time to explain everything. He then wrote it up, and presented it to me for approval. Then did the work, quickly, efficiently and quietly. A pleasure to work with him. This company would get 10 stars if I could give it. Thanks for great service. And a fair price.

Wow! What great service from the team at Precision, especially our installer, Brian. After damaging one of our garage door openers around noon, I called the company recommended on my community website. A number of local residents recommended Precision. Within 2 1/2 hours Brian was at our home, diagnosed the problem and offered two recommendations. I received outstanding service at a price less than I had expected!
