I recently had my garage door repaired by Precision Door Service. I was extremely happy with the service. The service representative was professional, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair promptly. I highly recommend them. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision and they are excellent.

Very simple setting up an appointment on the website for the next day. Service rep Joshua was very professional and courteous. He explained what had to be repaired and provided several options that were available to complete the job. Job was completed in a timely and professional manner.

I originally chose Precision Doornof Savannah based on the experience I had with another Precision dealer and the choice I made was well worth it. I purchased 3 Garage Doors and after the install I motion of the panels had a mfg issue causing it to delaminate in some areas. I called precision they sent a tech and with no issues they ordered a replacement panel and ordered the replacement part and installed it. No games, no extra charges. Nothing! Just great service and support. I highly recommend Precision Door of Savannah!!

Precision installed our initial door years ago and was stellar in providing repair when we had some parts break. Josh was our technician and he was professional knowledgeable and went above and beyond. It was not a great day for us to have service. We had just lost our dog of 10 years and I am sure he didn’t sign up to be a therapist, but he handled the situation wonderfully he was compassionate and understanding did his job with efficiency, and I would highly recommend Precision and Josh if you should ever need service.

The technicians did a great job!! First inspected the door - all the moving parts, then went through exactly what needed to be done. The two men worked about two hours and installed bed springs and rigging. Even helped be program another remote. Thank you very much - great to see skilled resources!!!

We were incredibly pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door of Savannah. Everything was easy and well-coordinated, from scheduling the appointment to receiving appointment reminders and being notified of our technician's pending arrival. Our technician was held up at a job scheduled before us, but this was immediately communicated to us by the office and a time adjustment was made for our service. The technician (Jesse) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. He listened very well and then went to work, fixing our somewhat complicated issue on the first visit). We hope to NOT have additional garage door issues, but if we do, we definitely will be utilizing Precision again!

It is so refreshing to have positive experiences with companies like Precision Garage Door Service. I have been a customer with this company for over three years, and all of my experiences have been nothing less than superior work and satisfaction. The young men who installed my garage door were very professional and courteous. They worked diligently until the job was completed. I must admit, I am very pleased with the outcome. My garage door does not make the loud noise. It goes up and down smoothly. I even have a digital opener on the outside of my garage door. Modern technology is great. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Exceeded expectations. Repairman came out the same day I called and completed repairs that day! Brian Flower did an excellent job in explaining what was wrong with the apparatus, giving me options as to what I wanted repaired at the time, completing a large amount of work in 2 hours and being very personable along the way.

I had a problem when the keypad lost the code and would not take the reprogram procedure outlined by the instructions. I called Precision on a Sunday and actually spoke to a live person who set up an appointment the next day. Brian, the technician, called with a time of arrival, showed up on time, installed the new keypad and programmed it while he gave me instructions on how to reprogram it in the future, if necessary. The experience with Brian and Precision was excellent from start to finish.

We have a custom fit garage door, which has taken a few adjustments to get just right. This can be a frustrating process, but Jesse has really gone above and beyond to make our purchase a good experience. Service was timely and the technician was excellent However, the company, not the home owner should be responsible for the $30 entry fee the community charges to come in and do work. The company is in Sun City often enough that it could buy a sticker each year allowing them entry. The current fee costs the homeowner 30% more than the charges to perform the work
