Scheduling was easy. I received the usual appointment and confirmation communications. The company also called the day of to confirm again. The service technician called 45 min prior to arrival to let me know exactly when to expect him. He was very professional and friendly. He discussed my options for repair, along with the pros and cons of each and contacted the office several times to see what they could offer me in the way of pricing. In the end, I have a nice, quiet garage door in perfect working condition. Thank you so much.

Precision Garage Door was located on the internet and contacted by phone on August 20, 2025. Representative was helpful and courteous. Repair was scheduled for the same day at 4 PM. Technician, Brian Flower, arrived on time and surveyed existing garage door problem and described three solutions along with pricing. A new belt drive opener, spring, rollers, and remotes were selected, and Brian performed the installation in three hours. Mr. Flowers was professional, knowledgeable along with providing a quality installation.

On arrival he diagnosed the problems and provided three proposals to resolve them. I went with the repair and general maintenance option and am glad I did. My door not only goes up and down again, it does not sound like a box of tin cans doing so! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The Precision Garage Door tech, Jesse Jones, made the difference in meeting our expectations and giving a five star review. After trying to do appointment online, we found after phone call that it hadn’t been made through their system even with receiving confirmation emails - so please call to schedule your appointment! Jesse confirmed when on his way and with photo so we knew who to expect. Jesse was definitely top notch in his knowledge, thoroughly examining any other issues with our garage door (other than springs), giving accurate estimate, and completing all repairs within an hour. You are lucky if you get him as your service tech!

Easy to make an appointment. Technician, Jesse Jones, touched base ahead of time, and arrived right on the expected time. Jesse quickly identified the problem. Replacement part was in his truck, and he made the repair. While he was here he checked all 3 of the doors and lubricated and adjusted them as needed.
