I was born and raised in Clearwater Beach. Just moved to GA and love it. I enjoy working for Precision and the friends I've made here. In my free time I enjoy being active, working out, volleyball, mountain biking and disc golf. I'm a car and motorcycle guy of all kinds. Direct descendant of King Richard III on my mother's side. I have one younger brother (best friend), mom and dad back home. I enjoy eating healthy and there is not many things I don't like or are afraid to try, so I like to eat.

Exceeded expectations. Repairman came out the same day I called and completed repairs that day! Brian Flower did an excellent job in explaining what was wrong with the apparatus, giving me options as to what I wanted repaired at the time, completing a large amount of work in 2 hours and being very personable along the way.

I had a problem when the keypad lost the code and would not take the reprogram procedure outlined by the instructions. I called Precision on a Sunday and actually spoke to a live person who set up an appointment the next day. Brian, the technician, called with a time of arrival, showed up on time, installed the new keypad and programmed it while he gave me instructions on how to reprogram it in the future, if necessary. The experience with Brian and Precision was excellent from start to finish.

Service was timely and the technician was excellent However, the company, not the home owner should be responsible for the $30 entry fee the community charges to come in and do work. The company is in Sun City often enough that it could buy a sticker each year allowing them entry. The current fee costs the homeowner 30% more than the charges to perform the work

Our repair was performed by Brian Flowers. He was very professional, efficient, and I really enjoyed talking with him and watching him work. He explained everything, but I wouldn't dare attempt to do it myself even after watching how easy he made it look. He truly knew what he was doing and had all the necessary tools to do it safely. The cost of the work was also very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Precision for your garage door repair and ask for Brian.

If I could have sent a 0 star I would have done so, our garage door was installed December 9 without the inserts for the windows. Now we are being told it might be after the first of the year before they arrive and I feel like an idiot for paying the entire amount before the job was complete. The installer suggested not to have the decorative pieces installed because in the matter of 6 months they will discolor and rust and another person with you company can't really pinpoint when we can expect to get the inserts because the vendor that you use is not reliable and you are looking for a different vendor that doesn't instill much faith I have in your company. Hopefully we at sometime get the inserts installed because without them our garage door looks like crap and I wish we had our old one back. My wife is biting at the bit to post her dissatisfaction all over social media.

Called for service at 8:24am and was given same day appointment for the noon to 4pm time frame. Technician (Brian) arrived at 12:15, examined our door, made recommendations with explanation and gave us prices for each option. He replaced springs and rollers and realigned the tracks. Work was complete by 1:30pm. Brian was very polite and professional. Recommend this company and technician to anyone needing door service or replacement. RD

I was impressed with Brian the technician. He was great. He did superb work, gave great instructions and cleaned up very good; give him a bonus. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service. They were responsive and I had same day service. I would use them again. My only point is the labor built into the cost of the Genie 3120 and springs was a bit high, thanks Joe Biden. Go Gamecocks.

New to the Bluffton are and needing to have our 20+ year old garage doors checked, I did what many people do today, I went to the web to look for companies who could do the job. I'm a deep research kind of homeowner and after looking at a lot of options I settled on Precision Garage Door Service. The decision was mostly due to the number of positive testimonials on their service and their responsiveness to my outreach. I wasn't disappointed! Brian arrived within the allotted window, performed a thorough inspection of the two doors, and made recommendations on the service required to bring the doors into top reliable condition. Having personally performed maintenance on a number of garage doors in my lifetime (automatic door openers and springs), I could easily understand and agree with Brian's recommendations. He was efficient and thorough in performing all tasks (Springs, rollers, and cable spool assemblies). Precision is possibly not the least expensive option, but in today's world responsiveness, quality of work, and follow through are distinguishing factors in my mind. Precision and Brian delivered on all three.
