While my technician Bryan was professional and knowledgeable, he did not complete all of my service needs. I also had/have a huge issue with the company’s pricing. As an example I bought a universal remote and they charged $65. It’s available online for as low as $36. Super disappointed in the price gouging. I will not repeat service or buy their products.

Precision Garage Door was located on the internet and contacted by phone on August 20, 2025. Representative was helpful and courteous. Repair was scheduled for the same day at 4 PM. Technician, Brian Flower, arrived on time and surveyed existing garage door problem and described three solutions along with pricing. A new belt drive opener, spring, rollers, and remotes were selected, and Brian performed the installation in three hours. Mr. Flowers was professional, knowledgeable along with providing a quality installation.

Brian arrived within the allotted window, performed a thorough inspection of the two doors, and made recommendations on the service required to bring the doors into top reliable condition. Having personally performed maintenance on a number of garage doors in my lifetime (automatic door openers and springs), I could easily understand and agree with Brian's recommendations.
