While my technician Bryan was professional and knowledgeable, he did not complete all of my service needs. I also had/have a huge issue with the company’s pricing. As an example I bought a universal remote and they charged $65. It’s available online for as low as $36. Super disappointed in the price gouging. I will not repeat service or buy their products.

Technician, Brian Flower, arrived on time and surveyed existing garage door problem and described three solutions along with pricing. A new belt drive opener, spring, rollers, and remotes were selected, and Brian performed the installation in three hours. Mr. Flowers was professional, knowledgeable along with providing a quality installation.
