My initial quote($827.00)was for new springs, cables, and brackets. I felt the price should have been adjusted since my old cables were used and old brackets. Or John should have installed all new parts as he stated he would in the initial quote. I thought the price was extremely high, and I also didn’t get the military discount as promised of 5 percent.

He oiled and lubed the door, hinges, bearings and springs, and also, aligned and bolted the safety eyes to the track. Customer service was knowledgeable and fast. I had a technician out here in a couple of days (non-emergency situation). When Jesse arrived he diagnosed all possible problems with our garage door and helped me find the best solution. Ended up replacing the motor and his work was fast as well as precise. Can't recommend a better company and I will be back in the future should the need arise.
