Victor was great! He arrived on time, we discussed options and cost. The end result was to repair a double and a single garage doors (both 20 years old) or replace them with new up dated doors with added hurricane protection. With only a $700.00 difference in price we opted for a new garage doors. Looking forward to new quiet doors.

I called Precision Door in Pooler, GA, at 9 am today to request an appointment for a technician to install an outside keypad for our overhead garage door. Victor Mastronardi arrived at 10 am same day. Victor also replaced two springs on the opening & closing mechanism, allowing manual operation during a power outage. I requested extra business cards for referrals.

I called Precision due to the 5 Star rating others had given. The person who answered the phone was very professional and gave me a time frame for the same day for a technician to come look at my problem. Victor arrived very soon and evaluated the situation, and provided us several options to consider. He completed the job in just a couple of hours, and he explained everything that he did, went over the warranty. He replaced all the mechanisms of the door, from the springs to rollers, hinges, etc. I was very pleased with Victor's professionalism, skills and knowledge! Highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair or a new install.
