The technicians did a great job!! First inspected the door - all the moving parts, then went through exactly what needed to be done. The two men worked about two hours and installed bed springs and rigging. Even helped be program another remote. Thank you very much - great to see skilled resources!!!

When our garage door broke, Precision Door sent someone right away. He evaluated the problem and let us know we could do a repair, that we didn’t need a whole new door. When the part came in (a panel on the door), we were advised it was scratched. Although the company ordered a new panel, Brad installed and repaired so we could have a door we could use. The new part (panel) came in sooner than expected and was installed right away. Service beyond expectations! We are so happy with the communication from the office as well as from Brad.

Brad was fantastic!! He explained the spring system that I had and why Wayne Dalton did away with it. We were fortunate to get nearly three times the normal life of the old spring design. He explained everything. He came back the following day to replace the outside rubber trim and it looks great. Thank you for such great service.

Technician, Dan, came within the window of time we were told he would arrive. Polite, knowledgeable, fixed the problem and checked to see if there was anything else to fix while he was here. He spotted that our garage door was opening too far (something about a screw hitting something...) and fixed it. Checked to ensure that all of the openers worked. Didn't waste time.
