My name is Jonathan Ferreira. I've been in the garage door business for 13 years. Before that I served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 1/2 years. I am married and between my wife and I we have 9 kids (8 boys and 1 girl). People know me by my nickname "Pineapple".

due to door opener malfunction, I realized I was not able to resolve my problem. As a care giver, it is imperative that I have access and security. Jonathan came promptly next morning, assessed and thoroughly explained 2 different options to regain safe operation. Within 2 hours the job was completed. remote and cell phone programmed, with thorough explanation, and I was able to complete all necessary tasks knowing my safety and door function was restored.

Thanks for the prompt response-just a few hours. The technician corrected a wiring issue and replaced the torsion spring and then stayed to reprogram both vehicles. Nice guy - good job.

When I called Precision, I was given a prompt appointment. Jonathan showed up on a Sunday and was able to explain the problem with my garage door and what would be needed to make the repair. I had to postpone the repair for a few days but when I called back to make the appointment, he came back the very next day (on time as promised) and made the necessary repairs. Jonathan was very polite, friendly and professional. I am very pleased with his service and with Precision Door Service. Will definitely use them again and am thankful for the great service. Kudos to Precision and Jonathan!!

Precision repaired garage door in 2022. No problems to date, Called this morning for Key Pad programming. Tech arrived before noon and programmed pad and also installed a new pad by request. Both are working satisfactorily!

What prompt and professional service! I called around 8:30 a.m. when the spring on my garage door had broken the night before and someone was at my house by noon and had it fixed by 1:00 p.m.! Really a great experience and would highly recommend.

John did such a great job installing a new garage door opener for us. Timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Took time to help me program everything, walked me through the app install, and made sure I knew how everything worked before leaving.
