The technician (Jonathan) showed up on time, was very professional and answered all my questions with accurate technical knowledge. Outstanding. Jonathan was knowledgeable and very nice. When I called precision for the appointment they offered very prompt timeline and told us who would be coming and what they would be driving. Your website has the bio and photo of service people so we knew when he arrived who he was. Got estimate and timeline for work right away by phone and email confirmation. Such efficient business. Also fixed the door that needed repair in no time.

Precision did the initial installation of my current garage door. They did such a great job with that, I called them back when I needed service again. Jonathan did an excellent job.
