Brad came by today to repair a damaged door track. What a great kid! Showed up on time and called ahead while en route. Did the repair quickly and professionally. The spring on our garage door broke at 4pm Thursday afternoon trapping my husband's work truck in the garage. We called the company who installed our equipment and never got a clear answer as to when they could come. I had saved the Precision Door Service insert from the VALUE PACK that comes in the mail, just in case. We called Precision at 5:15pm and actually got a live person. We were so happy to hear a technician would arrive between 2-4 the next day. At 3:15 Friday Brad called to advise he was on his way! Brad made a great first impression, diagnosing the problem instantly and explaining our options. In less than an hour, the broken spring had been replaced and we were back in business. In the future, PRECISION will be the only call we make when we have a garage door problem. Thank you, Brad for your professionalism, knowledge and personality. Happy golfing!
