After searching home advisor for a someone to replace my garage door opener I called Precision Door Service. Within a few minutes, a represented was on the phone scheduling an appointment for Monday morning. The installer was here during the designated timeframe and called 20 minutes out to ensure I was ready. He explained details of several replacement options. I selected one and had a new garage door opener within an hour. Before he left he provided operating and troubleshooting directions. He ensured everything was working properly. I am very happy

Brad arrived at exactly the time he told me he would be at my home. He accessed my problem told me the cost to replace the broken spring. Within a little while he had the job done and had checked everything else to make sure my problem was solved. He was professional. I entered my information online after reading reviews on Angie’s List for Precision Doors on a Sunday evening. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call approximately 30 minutes later to schedule an appointment at my convenience for Monday! Due to unforeseen circumstances at work I missed the scheduled appointment Monday but found voicemail from Brad and a note on my front door to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment was easy to make and I received a courtesy call from Brad to inform me of his ETA. He was punctual, very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all my repair options without pressure. Brad explained and helped set up my remote openers before leaving. I’m very pleased with his work and professionalism. There was no mess for me to clean up and work was done in a timely manner. I’m pleased to be able to recommend Brad and Precision without reservation to my friends!

I made a telephone appointment last night, hoping to get one for today or no later than Wednesday. I was relieved to get one for today between 8 &12 noon. At 8:10 your mechanic Brad called telling me that he would be at my garage in 10 minutes...what a pleasant relief!! My door was checked & as per company, gave me options BEFORE starting my agreed repair. The work was completed to my total satisfaction & at the agreed cost!! I recommend your company for having a telephone operator available 24-7 daily & for the EXCELLENT REPAIR!!

I contacted the office late Monday to schedule a service call. Though I was expecting Guido, I got Brad on the following Wednesday morning. He presented a professional image for his company - clean truck and the right tools to do the job when he arrived from Savannah. I had a self sourced and installed golf cart door that was nicely framed and hung for an amateur. Finally adjusting and energizing the torsion spring was beyond my comfort level. Brad quickly assessed the situation and gave me a labor only quote that I deeded reasonable - before considering that he had come from Savannah with no guarantees or a hint at what he might find once here. He made sure that everything was square and wound the spring perfectly balancing the door. It can now be raised and lowered with one finger. The entire process start to finish was seamless without drama. Brad was confident, familiar with Fripp and had a real personality. Refreshing. I offered him a Chamberlain opener install while there but he told me that it was policy to only install openers that they sell. Made sense to me - even though I already had the opener assembled and ready to attach. I would simply suggest that in light of online purchasing only advancing in the future - they adopt a policy to deal with people like me. I would be satisfied with a warranty simply stating that it operated satisfactorily "when they left." I'm thoroughly pleased with Precision Garage Door of Savannah and would highly recommend them and Brad to friends and neighbors in their service area. In a era of Walmart mentality - it's nice to get what you pay for.

I had an issue with one of my garage door openers. I googled repair services in my area and Precision came up claiming same day service. I called them around 11:00am and a technician showed up at around 2:00pm and resolved my issue at a very reasonable price. I told my contractor about Precision and he was impressed and will use them in the future.
