Brad Blankenship was the technician they came out to our house to diagnose what was wrong with our garage door closing properly. He did a great job repairing the springs and the cables and the garage door goes up and down now without any issue and is incredibly quiet. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the whole process was great. I highly recommend Brad and a team at precision overhead doors.

I was very satisfied with the promptness of service to replace garage door springs. Brad was very polite, knowledgeable and did the repair efficiently. The only negative is when I called for an appointment i was quoted $79-$189 to replace. However, when Brad arrived he told me that was the cost for 1 spring,not 2!! I was not told that by the lady I spoke to when making the appt. Obviously, I was somewhat shocked! Who replaces just one spring. I felt I was somewhat misled!

Excellent service!!! I was able to make an appointment at the end of a business day for a technician to come out to my residence the very next morning...all while using their websites’ chat services! I was talking with a real person through the online chat and not a bot like a lot of companies have with their online chat feature. The technician called on his way over the my residence, he assessed the repair, was able to give me a fair estimate and took time to explain every detail to my husband and I regarding what needed to be fixed, how long the parts and the repair will last, he also spoke about the company’s warranty on their work and parts and really broke down all the details for us. Very professional, very educated with his job and very nice!!! The job was done quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the service! I would absolutely recommend this company and our technician Brad!!!

Excellent service and overall experience. Brad came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The safety sensors needed to be replaced along with running new cable to the overhead unit. The job was done professionally and it was done right. Would definitely contact this company again.
