Chris called and asked if he could come early because his other job was out in Pooler and he was already near my house. I greatly appreciated this, so many don't think critical these days, it made more sense for him and I was happy to get the job done sooner rather than later. Chris was very nice, professional, knowledgable and willing to offer a little advice as well. He finished the job quickly and seems to be much better. Thank you Chris and Precision Doors.

Brad was fantastic!! He explained the spring system that I had and why Wayne Dalton did away with it. We were fortunate to get nearly three times the normal life of the old spring design.
