We had a new garage door installed in Jan of this year. We have had a problem with the door shutting properly and I called today to see if I could make an appointment for someone to come check it out. They sent Chris out within a few hours! He immediately found the problem ( which was a loose bolt) and fixed it! He also sprayed the hinges for us. He was very nice and informative. Thank you all!

Needed fast service since garage door 400 lbs would not open . Brad was great and retro fitted existing springs and pulleys . Thr builder garage device had spring inside unit that broke with no way to replace. Great job on short notice

Brad Blankenship was the technician that came to my rescue today. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. All that he said was what I had been experiencing. Brad further explained what my options were and why. About an hour later, I had a garage door that was all fixed. He then took time to explain how things worked if I lost power, how to raise and lower the door manually if need be and what regular maintenance to do to keep the door working properly. I'm not writing a review. It took a few days to get someone to come out and find out what was wrong with the new door you folks installed in January. Problem is he was unable and decided there is no problem. When I returned home the first time after his visit the door once again lifted about 3 or 4 inches and stopped. Unlike the first time where I figured you folks could help this time I investigated the door (probably like your well trained staff should have done). The problem appears to be in the "slide" along the rail. By inspecting it closer I realized that on occasion the slide locks up and the door ceases working. Any chance of getting this fixed??
