The cable on one of our garage doors broke yesterday and Precision came on time for the repair today. After looking at all 3 of our garage doors, Brad provided multiple options for repair. The options were very fair and reasonably priced. We opted for the replacement of cables, hinges and springs on 2 doors. The doors now function as they did when new 5 years ago. It was a pleasure dealing with the Precision team.

Chris was courteous, punctual, and kind. He immediately spotted the reason our garage door would not come down. I had inadvertently moved a trash can too close to the sensor which prohibited the door from coming down. While he was here he checked the entire system and lubricated the tracks. Now, the garage door is much quieter. We always depend on Precision Garage Door for maintenance and repairs on our garage door. :-)

Booking the appointment online on a Sunday for next day service on the website was easy. The technician, Cleveland called ahead from the road with arrival time. He was knowledgeable, and took time to explain the problem in detail.He gave me repair options but I decided to replace the entire opener with a new one. He had it installed and operating smoothly in a couple hours at the most. He was friendly and made sure everything was set up how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anybody!

Responded promptly and were very courteous on arrival However, told me that they couldn't fix my garage door spring because it had been discontinued and quoted me $1300 to replace the entire system that raises the door. Turns out that the parts aren't discontinued, they just aren't an authorized dealer and can't purchase the appropriate parts. the actual repair should be $3-500 if you have access to order parts. After i let them know that the parts weren't discontinued he cam back with a price knocking $500 off? Not a completely honest approach. Make sure you confirm that they are able to service and repair your particular brand....still I'm out $29.

Jonathan did a fantastic job of diagnosing a nagging issue and explaining what happened to get to that point. And then fixed it at a reasonable price. If you're looking for garage door service in the Golden Isles area, call Precision. Many of the places we used to call have either shut down or been bought by a larger regional chain. The chain was more expensive and, for our needs, not proficient enough to solve our problem. Precision got it done.

We were amazed with how quickly they were able to respond and surprised that they would come on a Saturday. Our Technician, Brian, was great! He called in advance to update us on his arrival, showed up on time, gave us several options for our problem and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. Chris was a model professional service technician. He called ahead to say he was 30 minutes away and actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than the original appointment time. He explained my issue to me and my wife and thoroughly provided the several solutions. During the repairs we chose, Chris explained everything and the work was completed in just over an hour. After repairs were completed Chris adjusted my existing garage door opener and ensured all operations were correct, complete and finished.
