Josh Simmons was my technician and showed up on time. He inspected my door and found a bad cable and found worn out rollers. He replaced the cables and 10 rollers. He also adjusted the opening and closing settings. The door is much better. Shawn, the manager, called me later on to discuss some final details. Job well done. Thanks.

Precision Door installed my garage door openers. They're wonderful. One of the opener buttons malfunctioned and I contacted Precision Door for service. Their technician, Josh, was here the next morning and solved the problem quickly, making sure my doors operated optimally. I only wish other companies had the same commitment to service.

In my line of work Safety & Precision are the top priorities. Kenny did an outstanding job replacing all the failed door components, he took his time to ensure the door was perfectly aligned and moved up and down easily manually and with the garage door motor. Kenny also noticed that the top Metal Cross Beam was in the wrong position and was causing the top of the door to bend in, the steel cross beam was about half way down the top panel, Kenny moved it to the top of the door panel, which stopped the top of the door from bending in. The new rollers are so very nice and quiet, unlike the old steel rollers. Precision is my go to company for my Garage Door service and repairs.

I researched this business and found mostly positive reviews. I called and spoke with a receptionist who quoted me a total of $89.99 per spring including installation, after explaining I wanted to replace both springs, despite only having one broken spring. The repairman (Kenny Allen) did a safety check, insisted several unnecessary repairs also needed to be done to an adequately functional door. I've maintained seasonal upkeep on the door. After the safety check he insisted on up-selling me springs that were $189 each plus bearings and cables that were unnecessary. After I repeated that I only requested that I was in search of the cheaper springs, he told me he didn't have those in his possession, but only had the more expensive, 'special, longest lasting' on his truck. At which point I informed him I no longer needed his service and was feeling like I was in in the attempt of a ridiculous scam, I informed him he could leave. He asked about a service call fee, in which I declined as I felt no service had been provided, except for a scam. I've since, again, found the springs online for less than $70 for BOTH. Exact size, exact brand. Research your options and know what you're dealing with people!

The technician, Josh, did an outstanding job. He called before his arrival and answered all my questions about hurricane proofing our door. He was very polite and professional, and we are more than pleased with his work. He added 3 horizontal struts and replaced an existing spring with a heavier-duty one to support the extra weight of the struts.

Have used Precision Door three times in 20 years, all very successful with quality, timely work, professional personnel and quick availability. Garage door opener is 20 years old and has some quirks so troubleshooting was difficult but technician tried hard. Ended up replacing unit - quick and easy, cost was reasonable.
