The technician that came out was highly skilled and polite, not only did he fix our door but gave us information and demonstration so we would not have this problem again. The 14 year old garage door is the quietest it has ever been even with the same opener motor. Thanks Precision

This company is fantastic! I had an issue with one of my newly installed garage door openers. I called them and they sent a tech out the same day. totally replaced the garage door motor. problem solved it’s nice to know that this businesses has great customer service and are highly professional. They really stand by their products. There’s a old saying. “You get what you pay for” The tech that came out for the call was highly professional, knew what he was doing and diagnose the issue quickly and fixed the problem.
