I was told that technician would arrive between 12 and 4 pm, and would call me 1/2 hr prior to arrival. I scheduled appointment around 10 am, tech called me at 1130 am, and was waiting when I arrived at 1205. Very courteous, very thorough, completed repair with a few extras, such as lubricating springs, hinges etc. Due to recent passing of our mother, the house was being listed for sale and he assured me that garage door, openers, would pass inspection for the sale, which I never really considered, and also requested any leads for future jobs. Needless to say I was very pleased.

Was very impressed with Precision's professionalism in responding to my inquiry about replacing my 16-ft garage door. I received an advance e-mail with the pictures of all their technicians confirming my appointment. Eric arrived exactly when they said he would and was careful to explain everything they would be doing. He rendered a quote on the spot. The installer (Donny) called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and completed the job by noon all by himself. He was very skilled and polite. I was impressed with how robust the new door was compared to other doors I was quoted, and way more robust than my old door that broke. In spite of the better quality, Precisions door was actually lower cost. I recommend this company highly.

Josh Simmons was my technician and showed up on time. He inspected my door and found a bad cable and found worn out rollers. He replaced the cables and 10 rollers. He also adjusted the opening and closing settings. The door is much better. Shawn, the manager, called me later on to discuss some final details. Job well done. Thanks.

Precision Door installed my garage door openers. They're wonderful. One of the opener buttons malfunctioned and I contacted Precision Door for service. Their technician, Josh, was here the next morning and solved the problem quickly, making sure my doors operated optimally. I only wish other companies had the same commitment to service.
