I was very satisfied with the promptness of service to replace garage door springs. Brad was very polite, knowledgeable and did the repair efficiently. The only negative is when I called for an appointment i was quoted $79-$189 to replace. However, when Brad arrived he told me that was the cost for 1 spring,not 2!! I was not told that by the lady I spoke to when making the appt. Obviously, I was somewhat shocked! Who replaces just one spring. I felt I was somewhat misled!

Unreasonable refusal to offer a la carte installation. Warranty cited as reason, but still refused when I offered to waive the warranty. Not going to pay $499 dollars when I can buy an opener from Lowes or Home Depot for less than $200 dollars. I would be a fool to do that. Taking business elsewhere.

Excellent Service! The Service Tech, Gregory, checked the garage door and all the mechanics involved with the opener and provided me with an estimate with several options that could I choose from. This was on Saturday, the day after Christmas at 4:00pm! Most of the system needed to be replaced (it was 20 years old and pretty worn out!)..Gregory actually stayed and replaced about 80% of the original system (everything except the door and door guide) that very evening..
