Answered my questions in a thorough and understandable manner. Looked me in the eye when he talked to me. One of my neighbors will be needing work on his garage door soon. Excellent service and overall experience. Brad came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The safety sensors needed to be replaced along with running new cable to the overhead unit. The job was done professionally and it was done right. Would definitely contact this company again.
