I though you ad on TV said the service call was free until Wed. 9/18 When the service was completed I was told that the $59.00 would be applied to any service expense in the future.

Have used Precision Door three times in 20 years, all very successful with quality, timely work, professional personnel and quick availability. Garage door opener is 20 years old and has some quirks so troubleshooting was difficult but technician tried hard. Ended up replacing unit - quick and easy, cost was reasonable.

Precision was everything you would ask of a company. The service was excellent at every level, from the customer service call staff to the technician George that came on time and repaired our opener. George pointed out several maintenance issues to address in the future and I would have every confidence in their work when we have them back.

Wow what great service a spring broke on garage door could not open to get wife's car out, it's been a long time since the door has been repaired or serviced, went to the yellow pages and Precision caught my eye called them and a very nice and knew what he was doing technician came out and just about completely overhauled it in maybe little over a hour, been a long time since the door worked this good and so smooth! Unbelievable service, exceeded my expectations. I called and a technician was sent out the next day. We were skeptical about them having the correct springs we needed, since our previous service techs usually took a week to get parts and do repairs, but they showed us! They had the correct springs and more, educated one of my technicians and offered to replace some parts that were worn and would need replacing soon. Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable technician. I plan to use Precision going forward for our entire community. Thank you and your whole team for their wonderful service starting from the call for help.

This company is fantastic! I had an issue with one of my newly installed garage door openers. I called them and they sent a tech out the same day. totally replaced the garage door motor. problem solved it’s nice to know that this businesses has great customer service and are highly professional. They really stand by their products. There’s a old saying. “You get what you pay for” The tech that came out for the call was highly professional, knew what he was doing and diagnose the issue quickly and fixed the problem.
