From the first visit to the garage door installation, we were very happy with the quality of the service providers and the equipment. Every variable was explained, so there were no surprises along the way. The installer told us it would take about four hours and he was spot on. Brad Blankenship graciously told me that if we had trouble with the door not going down before we left town, he would come out and take care of it for us. That is service above and beyond the norm, to be sure. Will be recommending Precision to friends and neighbors. Thanks very much.

Stuck garage door found me scrambling to obtain service. Technician came promptly, serviced the faulty parts ( springs and wheels for track) and did so well. It was very reassuring to receive good communication before, during, and after the visit. I was very pleased.

I entered my information online after reading reviews on Angie’s List for Precision Doors on a Sunday evening. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call approximately 30 minutes later to schedule an appointment at my convenience for Monday! Due to unforeseen circumstances at work I missed the scheduled appointment Monday but found voicemail from Brad and a note on my front door to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment was easy to make and I received a courtesy call from Brad to inform me of his ETA. He was punctual, very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all my repair options without pressure. Brad explained and helped set up my remote openers before leaving. I’m very pleased with his work and professionalism. There was no mess for me to clean up and work was done in a timely manner. I’m pleased to be able to recommend Brad and Precision without reservation to my friends!

I live six hours away, in the Tampa bay area, and was only going to be in the Savannah area one day, Friday July 27th. Your office was able to fit me into the schedule not only that day, but early that day so I could meet a couple other trades at our condo unit on Whitemarsh Island. Victor showed up on time, was very polite and informative in explaining the issues and possible repair options for our garage door opener. Although we did not have the needed work done that day, I have the estimate, and an understanding of what needs to be done and fully intend to have you do the work at a later date ., THANK YOU for your promptness and outstanding service! I would certainly recommend you to anyone!
