Have used Precision Door three times in 20 years, all very successful with quality, timely work, professional personnel and quick availability. Garage door opener is 20 years old and has some quirks so troubleshooting was difficult but technician tried hard. Ended up replacing unit - quick and easy, cost was reasonable.

Unbelievable service, exceeded my expectations. I called and a technician was sent out the next day. We were skeptical about them having the correct springs we needed, since our previous service techs usually took a week to get parts and do repairs, but they showed us! They had the correct springs and more, educated one of my technicians and offered to replace some parts that were worn and would need replacing soon. Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable technician. I plan to use Precision going forward for our entire community.
