Amazingly fast service on a weekend! Jesse was top notch. Upon arrival he inspected our door, confirmed the bad spring but also provided a clear explanation of the other components wear level. Jesse provided a full set of options from basic repair to full overhaul of the garage door. Excellent experience from phone call to completion of the job! Keep up the great work!

Excellent Service! The Service Tech, Gregory, checked the garage door and all the mechanics involved with the opener and provided me with an estimate with several options that could I choose from. This was on Saturday, the day after Christmas at 4:00pm! Most of the system needed to be replaced (it was 20 years old and pretty worn out!)..Gregory actually stayed and replaced about 80% of the original system (everything except the door and door guide) that very evening.. I was amazed and appreciative.. Everything is working well.. there has been a great many improvements made to these systems in the past 20 Years!!! Great Job Precision!!! Thank You!
