Our garage door would not open late one afternoon and by 1130 the next day Brian, our technician, had arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem, gave us several options and two hours later we were back in business! Brian was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Excellent and professional and knowledgeable describes Brad and Precision Overhead Door. Late day the garage door derailed with a roller falling off. Called Precision, got a next day appointment for Saturday. Brad showed up and quickly identified the repairs needed. Our garage door really needed springs, a strut to correct a door bow, and bearings. Happy we were, Brad had all the parts on his truck. The garage door operates like new now. Thanks!

You all installed a new opener a year ago and all was excellent. We had the door stick half way down on Tuesday evening. I called that evening, and the answering service put in an urgent message for this morning. Mike, in the office, called about 9AM and said Brad would be here between 12 and 2. Brad called me at 11 and said he could be there by 11:30. Brad took a look, said all will be under warranty, and fixed everything quite quickly, upgrading the cables as part of the repair. When there’s an emergency, this is the type of service one hopes for but doesn’t often experience. Thank you Precision Door !!

Our garage door was not operating. Called Precision on a Friday and they had someone at our home Monday afternoon. The technician fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Very pleasant fellow.
