You all installed a new opener a year ago and all was excellent. We had the door stick half way down on Tuesday evening. I called that evening, and the answering service put in an urgent message for this morning. Mike, in the office, called about 9AM and said Brad would be here between 12 and 2. Brad called me at 11 and said he could be there by 11:30. Brad took a look, said all will be under warranty, and fixed everything quite quickly, upgrading the cables as part of the repair. When there’s an emergency, this is the type of service one hopes for but doesn’t often experience. Thank you Precision Door !!

Precision changed my garage door 4 years ago and I have been happy with everything so when my opener blew it’s belt I called precision. They came the next day to replace the spring but pointed out that the motor and rollers were showing wear. I ended up being proactive and replaced these parts on both doors. Service technician Brian did a terrific job with the repair and installs. It now runs smoothly and quietly. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.
