Brian was outstanding. He was here same day I called. Did a thorough analysis of the problems I was having, and made a recommendation to correct a faulty opener and related parts to the system. Excellent and professional and knowledgeable describes Brad and Precision Overhead Door. Late day the garage door derailed with a roller falling off. Called Precision, got a next day appointment for Saturday. Brad showed up and quickly identified the repairs needed. Our garage door really needed springs, a strut to correct a door bow, and bearings. Happy we were, Brad had all the parts on his truck. The garage door operates like new now. Thanks!
