Precision changed my garage door 4 years ago and I have been happy with everything so when my opener blew it’s belt I called precision. Brian was very helpful in giving me options and ultimately had everything we needed for a timely well done job on his truck. Spending money on your house isn’t fun but if you have to it’s nice to get a quality product and professional service.

They came the next day to replace the spring but pointed out that the motor and rollers were showing wear. I ended up being proactive and replaced these parts on both doors. Service technician Brian did a terrific job with the repair and installs. It now runs smoothly and quietly. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Your company had excellent reviews, and that played a big role in our selection. Dustin was our service guy. He was a real expert. We just bought the home and had no info on garage door and related parts. Dustin evaluated everything, made the necessary repairs and upgrades, and now we feel confident everything is in working order. Dustin was also polite and courteous. When we received our invoice via Adobe, there was a box to leave a comment about the technician, but we weren't able to fill it in. Hope this is adequate.
