Precision changed my garage door 4 years ago and I have been happy with everything so when my opener blew it’s belt I called precision. Brian was very helpful in giving me options and ultimately had everything we needed for a timely well done job on his truck. They came the next day to replace the spring but pointed out that the motor and rollers were showing wear. I ended up being proactive and replaced these parts on both doors. Service technician Brian did a terrific job with the repair and installs. It now runs smoothly and quietly. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.
