Very prompt service. Phone scheduling was easy and handled professionally. Technician Brian Flower was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Found our 16 year old system to be in acceptable condition, but when asked noted its weak points and made recommendations for possible improvements. With his guidance we decided to replace springs, drums, cables and associated hardware with upgraded materials, but to leave the opener and rail intact aside from adjusting and lubricating them. Overall a very positive experience with Bryan and Precision!

I found the sales representative pleasant and informative which helped me in making my decision to purchase a new door versus repairing the old one. They came the next day to replace the spring but pointed out that the motor and rollers were showing wear. I ended up being proactive and replaced these parts on both doors. Service technician Brian did a terrific job with the repair and installs. It now runs smoothly and quietly. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.
