The true test of a review is dealing with a company when there is a problem.. Well today Precision Garage came to our house for an appointment, and yes there was a problem. We decided not to have them perform the work specified and after the technician left we called the company. Immediately I was transferred to a manager, Sean, and he was unbelievable. He promised to correct the problem and that we would get platinum service. That's exactly what happened. Within a couple of hours the field manager was at our house, fixed the garage door and went above and beyond in apologies, I think his name was Mike. We are so totally please because they really stand behind what they say. I very highly recommend you use Precision Garage. They are fair, kind and punctual. Thank you Precision!

Precision changed my garage door 4 years ago and I have been happy with everything so when my opener blew it’s belt I called precision. Our garage door was not operating. Called Precision on a Friday and they had someone at our home Monday afternoon. The technician fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Very pleasant fellow.
