Our service rep was Brian, who actually installed and serviced the Chamberlain Garage Door openers. On this service call, he was on time, very courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing the issue and how i can do same in the future, if I wished to tackle a potentially similar problem in the future.

You all installed a new opener a year ago and all was excellent. We had the door stick half way down on Tuesday evening. I called that evening, and the answering service put in an urgent message for this morning. Mike, in the office, called about 9AM and said Brad would be here between 12 and 2. Brad called me at 11 and said he could be there by 11:30. Brad took a look, said all will be under warranty, and fixed everything quite quickly, upgrading the cables as part of the repair. When there’s an emergency, this is the type of service one hopes for but doesn’t often experience. Thank you Precision Door !!
