Your company had excellent reviews, and that played a big role in our selection. Dustin was our service guy. He was a real expert. We just bought the home and had no info on garage door and related parts. Dustin evaluated everything, made the necessary repairs and upgrades, and now we feel confident everything is in working order. Dustin was also polite and courteous. When we received our invoice via Adobe, there was a box to leave a comment about the technician, but we weren't able to fill it in. Hope this is adequate.

Got your name on line plus a quote for average cost of spring replacement. The time from calling your company to show up was excellent. The quote was in my estimation was high but the service man was good to work with me to eliminate some items I felt were unnecessary. Overall I was satisfied.

We had an emergency service call yesterday when our garage door wouldn’t open or close. My wife had a Dr apptmt the next morning and our cars were trapped! Precision Door was able to dispatch a technician SAME DAY - Brian Flower came out and not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it as well. Brian went far above and beyond our expectations. He was professional and courteous and knowledgeable - we consider him a true asset to Precision Door. We are super grateful for the great service because it can be hard to find on HHI. Brian was excellent. Provided options for repair as well as full replacement. Same day installation. Complete clean up. Really nice experience. Was able to minimize cost by inspecting and confirming wood door had many years of service left. Replace cable rollers and all other parts with new opener and keypad. WiFi App very cool.

We used Precision after a hurricane flooded our garage and the door wouldn’t open. We called them this time because we had previous experience with the company. Brian was our service man and he was excellent!! He told me what the issues were with our door, and what it would take to remedy the situation. He was polite, professional, and friendly ! Company keeps you well informed of door being ordered and arriving. Multiple notifications dealing with arrival for instillation. They are on time, work and get the job done efficiently. You had previously done my other garage door. Needed a new belt. told the customer service person that was the issue. Asked her to look up my previous ticket to make sure the technician had the proper belt (issue last time). Alas, technician arrived and did not have the proper belt. Rescheduled for later in the week. Another technician showed up without the proper belt. Frustrating.

Rhett was great, came after 5 pm same day to fix my garage door that would not shut (someone backed into it). Knowledgeable and efficient at fixing my problem. It’s was nice to experience a high level of service that in many other industry’s is lacking these days.
