You had previously done my other garage door. Needed a new belt. told the customer service person that was the issue. Asked her to look up my previous ticket to make sure the technician had the proper belt (issue last time). Alas, technician arrived and did not have the proper belt. Rescheduled for later in the week. Another technician showed up without the proper belt. Frustrating.

Rhett was great, came after 5 pm same day to fix my garage door that would not shut (someone backed into it). Knowledgeable and efficient at fixing my problem. It’s was nice to experience a high level of service that in many other industry’s is lacking these days.

Greyson Simmons was wonderful. I was able to get Sunday appointment and he notified me prior to arrival, was courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. He totally rebuilt my system and installed new opener including programming my remotes & car. It is quiet as a mouse.

Unfortunately the mock up door that we did for quotation purposes is the door I ended up with. I recall being told about a website I could upload a picture of my current door and impose the new one. I never did that although I took a picture of my old door to upload. When I placed the order I went with the everything proposal and that is exactly what the door looks like. Wainscoting, with single raised panels on a double sized door, barn hardware, hinges and huge windows with no grids. I know these black handles/hinges fade over time and did not want to create a Maintanance issue with the replacement door. Wish I could just start over.

Brad Blankenship was the technician they came out to our house to diagnose what was wrong with our garage door closing properly. He did a great job repairing the springs and the cables and the garage door goes up and down now without any issue and is incredibly quiet. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the whole process was great. I highly recommend Brad and a team at precision overhead doors.

Great experience. Got the estimate and three new garage door systems installed with a keypad on the same day. Brian Flower was friendly, a consummate professional, explained all of the options & details thoroughly, and the garage door system is quiet & functions perfectly. I had no idea about the progress made in garage door systems. I highly recommend getting rid of your old, rickety, loud garage doors and upgrade. I would recommend this company to anyone with garage door needs.

I chose Precision because I have used them in the past at my home up North and found them reliable. I also prefer the Liftmaster brand which they promote I had a new opener installed as well as new coils and spring. I also had new stripping added to the bottom of my door. They did everything well. I love the quiet smooth operation of my garage door now.

I was very satisfied with the promptness of service to replace garage door springs. Brad was very polite, knowledgeable and did the repair efficiently. The only negative is when I called for an appointment i was quoted $79-$189 to replace. However, when Brad arrived he told me that was the cost for 1 spring,not 2!! I was not told that by the lady I spoke to when making the appt. Obviously, I was somewhat shocked! Who replaces just one spring. I felt I was somewhat misled!
