Great service. The Tech called prior to advise when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation, provided details on what was needed along with the cost for the job. He finished when he said he would and we discussed a future job I will have him handle in a few months.

Getting someone to your house to repair something on a Saturday is not easy, but getting someone to your house on Saturday for "Regular Price" is PRICELESS. My chain to my garage door broke this morning.I went online and sent requests to 2 garage door and opener companies for a service call and estimate.George called within an hour and made an appointment for 4-6pm.He called at 4pm to let me know he would be here within 30 minutes.He told me the problem and offered 3 different options and explained what each one offered.He was very patient while I made my choice.After completing the job,he assisted me with coding the keypad and explaining everything covered with the warranty.I was very pleased with George's patience and professionalism.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service performed today by your technician, Guido. I hope I spelled his name correctly. He was punctual, professional, and proficient. He offered numerous options, from varying degrees of repair to a total replacement of the garage door opener. Prior to his work, it was extremely noisy, and we didn't just want it patched. He replaced the spring, rollers, switches, and motor. He even installed heavy duty brackets to replace the flimsy ones, and put a strong brace on the heavy door where It was becoming damaged from the weight of the door. Now, it is so quiet and, in the event of a power outage, after his adjustments, can be opened manually with very little effort. We are extremely pleased and will highly recommend your company!

Guido of Precision Garage door did a repair on my garage door that is fifteen years old. He did a complete repair on the on the door and replaced the old motor with a new LiftMaster. Guido is a real professional and is a great example of what people in his trade should be. He did a great job and with the military discount; I saved about $400 by repairing the old door rather than replacing it with a new door. As a disabled veteran I really appreciate the savings. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door as a result of the job Guido did for me.
