Wow what great service a spring broke on garage door could not open to get wife's car out, it's been a long time since the door has been repaired or serviced, went to the yellow pages and Precision caught my eye called them and a very nice and knew what he was doing technician came out and just about completely overhauled it in maybe little over a hour, been a long time since the door worked this good and so smooth! Unbelievable service, exceeded my expectations. I called and a technician was sent out the next day. We were skeptical about them having the correct springs we needed, since our previous service techs usually took a week to get parts and do repairs, but they showed us! They had the correct springs and more, educated one of my technicians and offered to replace some parts that were worn and would need replacing soon. Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable technician. I plan to use Precision going forward for our entire community. The spring on our garage door broke at 4pm Thursday afternoon trapping my husband's work truck in the garage. We called the company who installed our equipment and never got a clear answer as to when they could come. I had saved the Precision Door Service insert from the VALUE PACK that comes in the mail, just in case. We called Precision at 5:15pm and actually got a live person. We were so happy to hear a technician would arrive between 2-4 the next day. At 3:15 Friday Brad called to advise he was on his way! Brad made a great first impression, diagnosing the problem instantly and explaining our options. In less than an hour, the broken spring had been replaced and we were back in business. In the future, PRECISION will be the only call we make when we have a garage door problem. Thank you, Brad for your professionalism, knowledge and personality. Happy golfing!
