Victor came to the house to give us an estimate on replacing two pnls that were damaged. The door unfortunately is no longer made, so he found one that was a close match. Pnls only, track and hardware are fine. We put a deposit down for four new Pnls to be replaced/installed by your company. I would prefer that Victor be the one to replace them if at all possible. He is a good people person and seems to know what he is doing. As I am typing this I do see you have military discounts, I am prior Military (Marine) if that makes a difference. We look forward to the new install and hope the new door is a close match. Thank you. Eric

I called your company, set up an appointment and awaited your technician. The technician, Guido Valero, called the morning of the appointment to advise the time of his arrival. Today Guido returned to do the repair work and, again, called to state his arrival time. What a treat to have someone show up as scheduled! Guido was professional, personable and friendly, but did not waste any time performing his work. It was a pleasure doing business with your company and I would highly recommend it. Your categories below do not let me list all that was done. Essentially, my old garage door was left in place, with new opener, belts, rollers, etc. installed. All brand new, except for the door itself.

I called Precision Door in Pooler, GA, at 9 am today to request an appointment for a technician to install an outside keypad for our overhead garage door. Victor Mastronardi arrived at 10 am same day. Victor also replaced two springs on the opening & closing mechanism, allowing manual operation during a power outage. I requested extra business cards for referrals.

Victor arrived very soon and evaluated the situation, and provided us several options to consider. Marcus did a great job with the installation of our new garage door opener. He was professional and quietly went about the business of removing the old and installing the new. Still need the battery back-up (requested after the job was already scheduled) and the new unit won't pair with one of our 2 vehicles. Marcus has committed to getting that corrected. About the opener - a Linear and it is without question the quietest garage door opener I've ever seen or heard! Highly recommend!
