In my line of work Safety & Precision are the top priorities. Kenny did an outstanding job replacing all the failed door components, he took his time to ensure the door was perfectly aligned and moved up and down easily manually and with the garage door motor. Kenny also noticed that the top Metal Cross Beam was in the wrong position and was causing the top of the door to bend in, the steel cross beam was about half way down the top panel, Kenny moved it to the top of the door panel, which stopped the top of the door from bending in. The new rollers are so very nice and quiet, unlike the old steel rollers. Precision is my go to company for my Garage Door service and repairs.

The technician, Josh, did an outstanding job. He called before his arrival and answered all my questions about hurricane proofing our door. He was very polite and professional, and we are more than pleased with his work. He added 3 horizontal struts and replaced an existing spring with a heavier-duty one to support the extra weight of the struts.

Have used Precision Door three times in 20 years, all very successful with quality, timely work, professional personnel and quick availability. Garage door opener is 20 years old and has some quirks so troubleshooting was difficult but technician tried hard. Ended up replacing unit - quick and easy, cost was reasonable.
