Courteous and professional technician explained the problems (I had more than one) and repaired them all except for the motor which still has a little life left in it. When it dies, I will be sure to have Precision replace it.

I entered my information online after reading reviews on Angie’s List for Precision Doors on a Sunday evening. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call approximately 30 minutes later to schedule an appointment at my convenience for Monday! Due to unforeseen circumstances at work I missed the scheduled appointment Monday but found voicemail from Brad and a note on my front door to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment was easy to make and I received a courtesy call from Brad to inform me of his ETA. He was punctual, very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all my repair options without pressure. Brad explained and helped set up my remote openers before leaving. I’m very pleased with his work and professionalism. There was no mess for me to clean up and work was done in a timely manner. I’m pleased to be able to recommend Brad and Precision without reservation to my friends!

I used to use Daniel Garage Door Service and Precision answered the same number, so I asked them to come out and fix the door. John was the technician and he did a great job! He explained everything, so I could understand the problem, then completed it in record time, without bothering me. We love the new motor. This company is professional and efficient. From the person who took my repair request to the repair man showing up the next morning. Brett was very informative and explained how to maintain our new door spring and door before he left. The spring has a 3 year warranty included. He left a sticker on the door for future contact information.

I live six hours away, in the Tampa bay area, and was only going to be in the Savannah area one day, Friday July 27th. Your office was able to fit me into the schedule not only that day, but early that day so I could meet a couple other trades at our condo unit on Whitemarsh Island. Victor showed up on time, was very polite and informative in explaining the issues and possible repair options for our garage door opener. Although we did not have the needed work done that day, I have the estimate, and an understanding of what needs to be done and fully intend to have you do the work at a later date ., THANK YOU for your promptness and outstanding service!
