Wow what great service a spring broke on garage door could not open to get wife's car out, it's been a long time since the door has been repaired or serviced, went to the yellow pages and Precision caught my eye called them and a very nice and knew what he was doing technician came out and just about completely overhauled it in maybe little over a hour, been a long time since the door worked this good and so smooth! Brad came by today to repair a damaged door track. What a great kid! Showed up on time and called ahead while en route. Did the repair quickly and professionally. Had all the tools and all the parts on his truck, which was extremely neat and organized, Probably the best company I've had do work in the past several years! Definitely 5-star! He's coming back tomorrow to install a new opener.

We were skeptical about them having the correct springs we needed, since our previous service techs usually took a week to get parts and do repairs, but they showed us! They had the correct springs and more, educated one of my technicians and offered to replace some parts that were worn and would need replacing soon. Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable technician. I plan to use Precision going forward for our entire community.
