Jonathan was right on time for appointment; he is very personable and friendly. Very pleased with his knowledge and explanation as to why garage door was inoperable. Possibly a lightning strike as we’ve had some bad storms the past couple weeks. Explained two options of replacement units and I chose the one without the battery pack. Job was completed in little over 1-1/2 hours. Extra thanks to Jonathan for programming my car opener on the sun visor. Will use Precision Door Service in the future if needed and highly recommend their services to others.

Transparency was the number one reason for my decision to call Precision to schedule a tune up for my garage door. This company is professional and efficient. From the person who took my repair request to the repair man showing up the next morning. Brett was very informative and explained how to maintain our new door spring and door before he left. The spring has a 3 year warranty included. He left a sticker on the door for future contact information.

Your company is fantastic. I called around 8:40 am and your employee JONATHAN was at my house around 10. AM. I first called Overhead Door and they got back to me in the early afternoon. I told them that your company was fixing my door. Jonathan did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional the way he works with customers. I really like how he replaced the entire system. He even made sure all the openers worked including the openers in our vehicles. From now on if there is a problem your company will be called and I will let others know in our subdivision how good your company works.

Victor did a super job. Worked non-stop to install, on 2 garage doors, openers, springs, steel wires, hardware, and rollers. Yes, Lift master is expensive, but "quality is not cheap, and cheap is not quality ". Thanks again Victor, good to meet you. And again, congrats on your new home.

Classic: broken garage door with car stranded. Precision Door sent a tech out the same day-on his way home at the end of his workday. After getting caught in a car accident on I95, the tech continued on to our place and repaired the door. Good man.

Repairman arrived as scheduled. Evaluated door problems. Explained what problem was. Replaced springs and tested door. All work done quickly and efficiently. It was a very hot day. I would call this company again for any problems in the future. I also liked the fact that his service vehicle was fully equipped with all necessary parts needed. No need for a return visit or a wait for a parts delivery. 5 stars.

I can't thank PGD enough. I called in a whim not thinking that they would be able to fix my door on a same day call. Brad came out, did his thing and was gone. A local competitor put us on their schedule but would never return our calls. The door performs better than ever. PGD is by far the best run business regarding customer service that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. This was my second experience with PGD and both technicians were extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. On a side note, I only paid $4 more for the same service that I was quoted by that other business. Don't use overhead, use PGD instead.
