Customer service was knowledgeable and fast. I had a technician out here in a couple of days (non-emergency situation). When Jesse arrived he diagnosed all possible problems with our garage door and helped me find the best solution. Ended up replacing the motor and his work was fast as well as precise. Can't recommend a better company and I will be back in the future should the need arise.

Greyson diligently repaired my garage door with ease, which wasn’t an easy task. We needed a whole new Garage door mechanism with all new pieces which he surprisingly had everything he needed on his truck so he was able to repair it all in one day.

Excellent Service! The Service Tech, Gregory, checked the garage door and all the mechanics involved with the opener and provided me with an estimate with several options that could I choose from. This was on Saturday, the day after Christmas at 4:00pm! Most of the system needed to be replaced (it was 20 years old and pretty worn out!)..Gregory actually stayed and replaced about 80% of the original system (everything except the door and door guide) that very evening.. I was amazed and appreciative.. Everything is working well.. there has been a great many improvements made to these systems in the past 20 Years!!! Great Job Precision!!! Thank You!

Excellent service!!! I was able to make an appointment at the end of a business day for a technician to come out to my residence the very next morning...all while using their websites’ chat services! I was talking with a real person through the online chat and not a bot like a lot of companies have with their online chat feature. The technician called on his way over the my residence, he assessed the repair, was able to give me a fair estimate and took time to explain every detail to my husband and I regarding what needed to be fixed, how long the parts and the repair will last, he also spoke about the company’s warranty on their work and parts and really broke down all the details for us. Very professional, very educated with his job and very nice!!! The job was done quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the service!
