Very prompt service. Phone scheduling was easy and handled professionally. Technician Brian Flower was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Found our 16 year old system to be in acceptable condition, but when asked noted its weak points and made recommendations for possible improvements. With his guidance we decided to replace springs, drums, cables and associated hardware with upgraded materials, but to leave the opener and rail intact aside from adjusting and lubricating them. Overall a very positive experience with Bryan and Precision!

I found the sales representative pleasant and informative which helped me in making my decision to purchase a new door versus repairing the old one. The couple that installed the door were equally pleasant and wasted no time in getting the old door out and the new one installed.
