I chose Precision because I have used them in the past at my home up North and found them reliable. I also prefer the Liftmaster brand which they promote I had a new opener installed as well as new coils and spring. I also had new stripping added to the bottom of my door. They did everything well. I love the quiet smooth operation of my garage door now.

Our Service Representative was Greyson, who called in advance to inform us of his arrival time - which was within the time span specified on our appointment confirmation. He arrived promptly - which is a wonderful attribute. He was very courteous and professional. Greyson immediately surveyed our problem, determined the solutions and informed us of our options. He was knowledgeable and proficient in explaining all details in easily understandable terms. He made us comfortable in asking questions and answered all questions with ease. He provided us with a clear, precise estimate which exactly matched the invoice amount. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service should consider Greyson a valuable employee. If/when we need additional garage door service, I trust that Greyson is available to respond.

I was very satisfied with the promptness of service to replace garage door springs. Brad was very polite, knowledgeable and did the repair efficiently. The only negative is when I called for an appointment i was quoted $79-$189 to replace. However, when Brad arrived he told me that was the cost for 1 spring,not 2!! I was not told that by the lady I spoke to when making the appt. Obviously, I was somewhat shocked! Who replaces just one spring. I felt I was somewhat misled!

Amazingly fast service on a weekend! Jesse was top notch. Upon arrival he inspected our door, confirmed the bad spring but also provided a clear explanation of the other components wear level. Unreasonable refusal to offer a la carte installation. Warranty cited as reason, but still refused when I offered to waive the warranty. Not going to pay $499 dollars when I can buy an opener from Lowes or Home Depot for less than $200 dollars. I would be a fool to do that. Taking business elsewhere.
