Precision changed my garage door 4 years ago and I have been happy with everything so when my opener blew it’s belt I called precision. Brian was very helpful in giving me options and ultimately had everything we needed for a timely well done job on his truck. Spending money on your house isn’t fun but if you have to it’s nice to get a quality product and professional service.

This company called and arrived early. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He noticed some other issues that would have potentially cost us more money and could’ve actually harmed us while he was there and provided us with reasonable and affordable options. They came the next day to replace the spring but pointed out that the motor and rollers were showing wear. I ended up being proactive and replaced these parts on both doors. Service technician Brian did a terrific job with the repair and installs. It now runs smoothly and quietly. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.
