Johthan was great and very professional he explain what was needed to repair my garage door. He didn’t try to sell me anything that was not needed. I was attracted to Precision by their 5 Star Detailed Reviews and I am their next 5 Star because on Cameron's chat and Brian's immediate profl service! Great response to my need for service. Lead tech Brad and assistant Terry were very personable but most important knew their business inside and out. Explained everything before, during, and after the process was complete, clearly and simply. Pricing was fair if you understand the market. Highly recommend if you want great products and results and not to be price gouged.

They came the next day to replace the spring but pointed out that the motor and rollers were showing wear. I ended up being proactive and replaced these parts on both doors. Service technician Brian did a terrific job with the repair and installs. It now runs smoothly and quietly. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.

This company called and arrived early. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He noticed some other issues that would have potentially cost us more money and could’ve actually harmed us while he was there and provided us with reasonable and affordable options. We would definitely use this company again for all of our garage door needs
